Clinical students

Once a year, clinic students meet with members of their advisory committee to address the progress the student has made during the year and to make future training plans concerning each of the following goals and objectives. Students are responsible for writing the meeting notes and getting approval for them from all members of the advisory committee.

Train students to apply scientific knowledge to address clinical problems

• Objective 2A: Train students with the foundational competence to address clinical problems.
• Objective 2B: Train students with the ethical and professional competence to address clinical problems.
• Objective 2C: Train students with the individual and cultural-diversity competence to address clinical problems.
