This class will cover psychological literature on gender identity and gendered implications for the workplace context: social roles and norms, goal congruity theory, biases in interviewing and hiring, leadership styles, negotiation, mentorship, networking, and work/life integration. This class is discussion-based, with students designing and leading discussions and class activities as a part of class requirements.
