Psychological and Brain Sciences holds a unique position among the sciences because of its intersection with disciplines in the humanities, the social and behavioral sciences, and the natural and mathematical sciences. A number of today’s major scientific frontiers are found at these intersections. At Indiana University, such interconnections are numerous because the interdisciplinary nature of psychology is valued and actively pursued.
