Climate Committee

Climate Committee

The charge of the committee is to understand the social and interpersonal climate of the Psychological and Brain Sciences (PBS) department from multiple perspectives. The primary assessment instrument is a climate survey of faculty, staff, graduate students, fellows. The survey is usually administered annually in late spring or early summer. A summary report is created by the graduate student members of the committee, who are compensated for their efforts. The report is used by the Diversity Advancement Committee (DAC) to plan initiatives tailored to the specific concerns raised in the report.
